GRATITUDE

As a new CEO of a God sized vision, it became apparent after several months of planning birthing and growing, that I had neglected my self-care.  My energy was depleted; immune system was compromised and I became ill; enthusiasm for growing the business was starting to fade; I was gaining weight “quickly” because my eating habits were terrible; mentally I was exhausted and I felt as if the weight of the world was on my shoulders.  Oh and I was irritable and my mood was starting to SHOW.  I lost sight of self and therefore, was losing control.

The mission of the vision I had birthed was to inspire, empower, and transform communities’ one woman, man and child at a time. Yet the woman in the mirror was desperately in need of a dose of this God sized vision for herself.  I’m thankful for the team God has put in place to not only facilitate life transformation in our community, but each other, spirit, soul and body.

I am GRATEFUL for you Tracie Berry McGhee, my SistaKeeper for life, who not only is my sounding board and confidant but a keeper to thousands of women and girls worldwide! “A SistaKeeper is WE”!

I am GRATEFUL for you Selena Johnson, my spiritual thermostat who always reminds me to listen to Spirit and take care of Chi.

I am GRAETFUL for you Rebecca Bennett, my coach, cheerleader and mentor on all things business.

I am GRATEFUL for you Raquel Hunter, my flexibility coach who keeps me flexible with Yoga for the Soul.

I am GRATEFUL for you Simone Phillips, my journey healer who pushes me to be everything God says that I am.

I am GRATEFUL for you Marlon Lee, my fitness trainer and wise counselor, who keeps me physically healthy and strong.

I am GRATEFUL for YOU, my COMMUNITY, who has committed to taking this journey of life transformation with me.
