Chi T. Mathias is masterful in designing relevant and timely content, meeting her audience where they are so she can take them on a journey of self-exploration and positive affirmation. ‘It Starts With Me’ helped my students gain skills in building safe and healthy relationships, giving them the agency to decide how to practice self-love and respect in their most important relationships, starting with self and then using those as building blocks in creating healthy relationships with others. I recommend that ALL students learn these important life and leadership skills.” |

“Chi T. Mathias is creative, compassionate and communicates effectively with her audience. I contacted Chi to present her ‘Loves Me Loves Me Not’ to our Girls For Christ group at North County Christian School. Her virtual presentation was insightful and engaging, enabling our students to gain new skills to identify healthy versus abusive teen dating relationships, and ways students can support a friend or peer who may be experiencing relational abuse. At the end of the session, one student commented that based on what she learned in the session, she may have a friend that may be in a relationship that raised concerns for her. The student committed to being supportive and sharing what she learned about a healthy relationship with her friend.” |
