1. Pray for peace, clarity and perspective.
2. Sit quietly (uninterrupted) and take deep cleansing breaths, focusing on releasing any negative emotions or thoughts.
3. Look for the positive in negative situations
4. Read, listen to and meditate on edifying materials daily or hourly if need be :)
5. Avoid toxic people, places and things.
6. Talk or write to release what you are feeling. Holding it in will become toxic.
7. Verbalize what you are grateful for daily no matter how small.
